The lessons are suitable for all levels

We focus on fundamental tango technique, including floorcraft.    Aspects of several 'advanced' figures are regularly introduced and revised, primarily as a means of demonstrating and emphasizing the importance of technique in true Argentine Tango, and how improvisation extends to figures when allowing for personal creativity and ability.

Those who already enjoy the dance will appreciate the opportunity to re-learn or hone their technique and discover, maybe for the first time, its pertinence to figures and improvisation.
Remember there are famous dancers from Argentina and elsewhere who will go to beginners' classes whenever they can and practise their walking every day.

Our regular as well as visiting teachers are familiar with, and do not compromise on, the best teaching that can now be found around the world.    Learning this way takes motivation and commitment, but will soon give you the ability to dance with anyone, anywhere.

SHOES

For shoes in Swansea try  Star Dance Wear
5  Shoppers' Walk   01792 475226   ~  You may have to order your size
but they have an outstandingly wide and excellent range, including Katz.

Lots of AT web sites (find most through tango.org; link on Links page) have suggestions for shops or ordering via the internet but I would caution against buying shoes you have not tried on unless you have undemanding, standard sorts of feet.

Proper dance shoes will be the best investment you could ever make.
